Randy Disert, EA

I bring a broad background in tax, accounting, finance, and business, with experience across a variety of roles and industries. Over the years, I’ve worked with both public and private companies, including SEC reporting and broader financial and operational responsibilities. My industry experience includes real estate, land development, dealerships, commercial transportation, retail, and more.

My background in tax preparation started early, learning alongside my dad and building from there into a career that goes well beyond simply getting numbers onto a form. That broader experience gives me a wider perspective and helps me better understand the real-world decisions my clients are trying to make.

Many of my clients are individuals and families who want their taxes handled correctly, clearly, and without unnecessary stress. Others have self employment income, side work, rental properties, or business activity that brings more moving parts into the picture. Either way, my goal is the same: provide practical advice, take stress off their plate, and help them make better decisions.

What I enjoy most about this work is helping people. I understand that behind every return is a person, a family, or a business trying to keep things moving in the right direction. My approach is centered on making the process feel less overwhelming, easier to understand, and more useful beyond filing season.

Outside of work, I’m a husband and dad, and I value time with family and staying involved in church and community. You can also regularly find me as part of the rooster crew at the local CrossFit box.
